Cleaning

Ductwork Cleaning

Contaminated ventilation systems reduce airflow efficiency, degrade indoor air quality, and expose building operators to severe legal and financial liabilities. We treat your entire air distribution system—from air handling units (AHUs) to ductwork—and deliver verifiable before-and-after proof of performance.

Our method

Restoring aerodynamic performance—far beyond surface cleaning.

Particulate accumulation, fungal growth, and organic deposits create severe pressure drops and compromise air distribution from the air handling unit (AHU) to the supply diffusers. We service the complete airflow loop: duct runs, single and dual-flow ventilation units, heat exchangers, and fan assemblies.

Our process combines mechanical agitation brushing, high-efficiency HEPA negative pressure extraction, fan operational checks, and targeted surface disinfection wherever bio-contamination risks are identified.

A 6-step intervention, fully documented.

  1. Build-up assessment - Preliminary camera inspection to target priority sections, ducts and AHU alike.
  2. Mechanical cleaning - Brushing and controlled-vacuum suction, matched to each duct diameter.
  3. Ventilation unit & AHU servicing - Cleaning of coils, fans and filters: single-flow, dual-flow (MVHR) or air handling unit.
  4. Fan motor check - Mechanical and electrical inspection of fan motors: bearings, belts, connections, energy use.
  5. Disinfection - Surface treatment where mold or microbial contamination is present.
  6. Final check - A follow-up camera inspection to validate the result and measure the improvement.
